Never heat cooking oil, lard or butter without keeping an eye on it.
It may cause a fire!
1. Place the pan on the front left induction cook zone.
2. Heat the oil in the pan on using power level setting 8.
Check that the frying pan has reached the desired temperature.
To check the oil temperature, drop bread crumbs to oil. If it gets
brown, that has good enough to cook. Now switch on the
temperature control.
Touch the symbols “ ”. A will appear on the display.
3. Now place the food in the frying pan.

When frying, always use suitable oil or fat, such as vegetable oil.
Always fry without a lid.

setting 7. Check that the oil, lard or butter has reached the
desired temperature. Now switch on the temperature control.
Touch the symbols “ ”. A will appear on the display.
3. Now add the food to be fried to the oil, lard or butter. After frying
each batch, check the temperature using a wooden spoon. Wait
until little bubbles have appeared around the spoon once more
before you start to fry the next batch.
Suggestions for the keep temperature control
To boil using the temperature control, always use a lid for the
saucepan. This will help you to save energy.
